AGREEMENT
Gaskiya’s
Compound does not and cannot give permission to
use any images found on our site. Use of artists'
work in any form, personal or commercial, requires
written permission directly from the artist and/or
his or her publisher. This includes but is not limited
to: books to be published, all other printed material,
multimedia presentations, CD covers, T-shirts, websites,
and websets.
At
Gaskiya’s Compound, all artwork shown is individually
produced and therefore, all purchases are subject
to availability. Possible changes in production
prices of prints, prices are subject to chage.
All
original work may be purchased at their current
listed prices subject to inventory availability.
Artwork is sold on a first-come, first-served basis
and some pieces (at artist and buyer’s discretion)
can not be reproduced once sold.
Gaskiya’s
Compound will make every effort to keep the website
information current; however, some items shown may
be sold in between system update and maintenance
and may no longer be available. Changes in prices
may not immediately be reflected on our website.
If this is the case, we will work with you to resolve
any pricing concerns.
Our
goal is to provide present and accurate information
on products available on our website however it
is possible that mistakes will be made. Should you
